Package Upgrades

• All Packages shown are per person and
  based on Standard Rooms.
• Up-grade to a Suite for $50.00 per person.
• Kids Stay for FREE if no additional
  bedding is required.

Cancellation Policy

• To secure your reservation, a credit card is required. The credit card guarantees the entire period booked.
• Cancellations made less than 48-hours prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire period reserved.
• We regret that no refunds will be made for delayed arrivals or early departures.
• Cancellation on packages must be made (14) days prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellations within (14) days are subject to 50% fees, within 72-hours 100%.
• All rates are quoted in U.S. currency and are exclusive of 5% Massachusetts State, 4.7% Town Tax and Applicable Gratuities.
